The Bataan General Hospital in coordination with the National Federation of Ostomates of the Philippines (NFOP) has successfully conducted the Lay Forum on Ostomy Care last January 27, 2016 at BGH Conference room. Mr. Ronald Lara, Coordinator of NFOP, presented before the Medical Center Chief of BGH, Dr. Glory V. Baltazar and other members of the EXECOM the vision/mission of the their organization and its advocacy regarding the formation of support group among ostomates in the hospital. The forum was formally started with an invocation and followed by the welcome remarks by Dr. Roberto Luneta, Chief of Medical Professional Staff. Dr. Chandler Andrade, Medical Specialist of BGH, discussed the topics on Indications and Complications of Ostomy wherein he emphasized that having an ostomy doesn’t mean the end of the world.

It was a dream come true for many, to perform in Hollywood as members of the cast of the famous movie productions: FROZEN, TWILIGHT, STAR WARS, SHREK, and AVENGERS with respective producers Ms. Evelyn Rubia, Dr. Roberto Luneta, Dr. Jefferson Alamani, Ms. Myrna Magat and Dr. Noel Laxamana.
The Hollywood theme was adopted purposely to highlight the importance of recognizing best employees in the context of festive Hollywood gatherings.

This is the same way that BGH as an organization focuses on the performance of each employee in line with its policy of customer satisfaction hence, the Recognition and Awarding of Best Employees for the year 2015. The winners received certificate and 10,000.00 each except from HOPS with two winners who were given 5,000.00 each.

"ACCESSIBILITY EQUALS EFFICIENCY, PLUS DEVELOPING FRUGALITY AS A VIRTUE AMONG EMPLOYEES".  This is a progressive result of having a Landbank Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at Bataan General Hospital compound as requested by the Medical Center Chief, Dr. Glory V. Baltazar.

The Bataan General Hospital has successfully conducted the Kapit-Bisig para sa Kalusugan Pangkalahatan caravan of the Department of Health which is part also of the implementation of the hospital Hi-5. It was a medical-surgical caravan that was done simultaneously on October 19-23 by DOH Hospitals in collaboration with the DOH Regional Offices and LGU Hospitals in the priority poverty areas in the Philippines. For the Bataan province, it was held at Jose Payumo Memorial Hospital (JPMH) in Dinalupihan.
