"ACCESSIBILITY EQUALS EFFICIENCY, PLUS DEVELOPING FRUGALITY AS A VIRTUE AMONG EMPLOYEES".  This is a progressive result of having a Landbank Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at Bataan General Hospital compound as requested by the Medical Center Chief, Dr. Glory V. Baltazar.

The easy accesibility to the ATM machine shall save time and money.  The employees can do a quick banking withdrawals during breaktime as need not spend for the transportation.

Likewise, it shall deter leaving post for the said purpose which increases efficiency on the part of the employees as more patients or client will be attended.

The availability of the ATM would not pressure an employee to withdraw all his money even there is no need at the moment.  This could be a tendency just to avoid the hazard going to the bank which sometimes may cause improper spending.  On the hand, leaving some amount of money in the bank, no matter how small may develop sense of frugality which is always as wise move for a secured future.
